1. On the day of arrival, clients should go to our office where a member of staff will take you to your property, and where the balance for your stay can be paid.

2. Clients who have pets that they wish to bring with them, should enquire before confirming their reservation if there is a possibility of doing so; otherwise we reserve the right not to admit clients to their accommodation with no refund of the deposit paid.

3. For all properties, clients are required to pay a deposit on arrival to cover the cost of any damage that may occur for which they are responsible. This may be paid in cash only, and will be returned to clients on departure when the keys are returned to our member of staff, who will inspect the property. In the event of any damage, the cost of repairing this will be deducted from the deposit.

4. In the event of cancellation of a reservation after this has been confirmed by us, and after the deposit has been paid, an amount will be deducted from the deposit to be calculated as follows:
- Cancellation more than fifty days before the arrival date – 50% of the deposit paid
- Cancellation between 30 and 50 days before the arrival date – 60% of the deposit paid
- Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the arrival date – 70% of the deposit paid
- Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before the arrival date – 80% of the deposit paid
- Cancellation between 1 and 7 days before the arrival date – 90% of the deposit paid
- On the arrival date - 100%

5. We describe and provide clear and explicit information about the features of the property you wish to reserve. If, when clients arrive, they refuse to stay in the same property, the deposit paid will not be refunded nor will it be used to pay for another property, if that is what clients require.

6. To make a reservation, clients should send a deposit of 40% of the total amount, in a manner to be agreed with the client. If clients make a reservation three months before occupying the accommodation they choose, the deposit may be divided into two instalments, 20% to be paid with the reservation and a further 20% to be paid one month before arrival. The remainder is to be paid at our office on arrival in cash or by bank cheque.
